The following are the terms
and conditions of using this site. The browsing and use of
this site acknowledges that you have read, and agree to
the terms and conditions of this site. All sales made on
this site are considered complete when the product is
shipped (Any cancellations must be made prior to
completion). Express Service Order Fee is Not
Refundable! Since this service is rendered prior to
shipping even canceled orders will not be refunded.
Most orders are shipped within one business day, but can
take up to five. If your order is going to take longer
then five business days to complete you will be notified
by phone or email. If you have a question about the
status of an order please contact us at Status@NelsonAutoParts.com. The use of this site
for illegal activity is strictly prohibited. This site and
all sales are subject to the laws of the county of Los
Angeles in the State of California and US Federal Law. Any
dispute, lawsuit, or claim against nelsonautoparts.com or any
name by which we do business under must be venue in Las
Vegas, Nevada, U.S.A. We reserve the right to
change or amend any term, condition, or warranty contained
on this site or in our literature at any time for any
reason.
Any controversy or claim arising out of or relating to
this Agreement or our services shall be settled by binding
arbitration in accordance with the commercial arbitration
rules of the American Arbitration Association. Any such
controversy or claim shall be arbitrated on an individual
basis, and shall not be consolidated in any arbitration
with any claim or controversy of any other party. The
arbitration shall be conducted in Los Angeles, California,
and judgment on the arbitration award may be entered into

Payment and Shipping
Policies
We accept Visa,
Master Card, American Express, and Discover Card as forms
of payment. You may use these with any phone or online
transaction. The Following is a break down of our shipping
policy. Any FREE Shipping offer is only valid in the
NelsonAutoParts parts store. These offers are not valid in
the Accessory, Tool, or body parts sections unless
otherwise stated.

All orders are also charged a $3.95 Handling
fee. All shipping quotes are based on the
estimated weight of the items ordered. All
sales that are shipped to addresses inside
California are charged Los Angeles County
Sales Tax (8.25%), All addresses outside of
California are charged no sales tax. PLEASE
REVIEW THE SHIPPING POLICIES BELOW!
- PO Boxes,
US Military, and Addresses Outside the
Continental US will be shipped US
Mail. Ground shipping will be shipped Standard
Mail (est. delivery time to 2-4 weeks). 2 Day
air shipment will be shipped US Priority Mail
(est. delivery time 2-5 days).
- International
Orders: All Orders Shipped to Japan
will be sent UPS Expedited (estimated delivery
time 3-5 days) Shipping and handling charges
cover the first 10 pound, $4 US will be
charged to your credit card for every pound
over 10. You will be notified Via email 24
hours prior to shipping if extra charges apply
(If you wish to cancel your order you must do
it within of being notified or your account
will be charged and order shipped)

currently only Ship to US Zip Codes and
Japan.

Sales
NelsonAutoParts.com is a United States based
company that primarily sells part to commercial accounts
and residents in the United States. If you wish to order a
part that is to be shipped out of the United States (Any
address that does not have a US zip code) then
arrangements and approval must be given. We apologize for
the inconvenience but for the protection of our
international customers and our requirement to follow U.S.
export laws we must ask for you to get a county approval.
We will not ship to some counties due to US export laws
and that counties import laws. If you have further

Warranties
NelsonAutoParts.com offers a one year warranty
against manufactures defects. If within one year
from date of purchase the part no longer functions
due to a defect NelsonAutoParts.com will replace that
part Free of Charge. (Shipping charges are
the responsibility of the customer.) After one year
all warranty issues must be referred to the
manufacture. Parts that are damaged due to incorrect
installation or mistreatment are not covered under
this warranty. NelsonAutoParts.com does
not express or imply any warranty as to the
performance of any part sold. NelsonAutoParts.com
is not Liable for damages of any kind arising from
the use of parts purchased on this site, including
but not limited to punitive, indirect, direct,
incidental, and consequential damages. Warranty
and Returns
30 Day Return Policy
Any part purchased on NelsonAutoParts.com
web site can be returned for a refund within the
first 30 days of purchase. The part must be unused,
in it's original package (No wrapping or seals can
be broken), and must be in resalable condition. Once
an order has been shipped the customer must fallow
all return procedures. If the wrong part is
shipped then NelsonAutoParts.com will absorb
all expenses in the return of the part. A 20%
restocking fee will be applied to all returns
(except incorrectly packaged Returns). Please review our full Return
